CAA Soccer is pleased to offer our first-ever Parent’s Sponsor Board. This is a great opportunity to show your support for your soccer star! Their sign will remain posted throughout the season. Please print this order form or stop by the concession stand to pick one up.

           Parent’s Sponsor Board           

CAA Soccer is proud to introduce the new Parent’s Sponsor Board.  This is a tremendous opportunity to show support for you soccer star!  The Parent’s Sponsor Board will be located next to the concession stand/playground at Veterans Park.

Your child’s sign includes their name, number, team name, age-group and year of participation (see below sample).  The sign will be prominently displayed throughout the Spring season* on the Sponsor Board.  At the conclusion of the season, the sign will be returned - your child can then hang it in their room, on their door, etc. 

Cost:  $25 per season*

* Space is limited – only the first 130 orders will be displayed on the Sponsor
